Ladies, the only way to describe these wedge heel shoes is adorable.  The Soft Spots ‘Preston’ is a cute mary jane style shoe that’s available in your choice of leather or suede with patent trim.  And true to form with this brand, this round toe shoe has a high comfort rating with it’s foam layer footbed.  Before we get into the sizes, let’s not overlook the outstanding colors that can be had.  You can order them in black, chocolate brown, and a deep, rich aubergine suede.

Sizes start at 5 and go all the way up to size 12.  But we want to focus on the widths available in these Softspots mary jane shoes.  While this brand is reliably comfortable, some women have noticed that the wide measurement on the “Preston” may be a little misleading.  One woman who has a wider foot, found that she needed to order an extra wide WW version of this footwear.  She has ordered a size “W” in the past, but needed a super wide in this particular shoe.

Our suggestion would be to order both the W and WW wide width if you feel you might need some extra space for your foot.  If you get them from zappos, you can keep the one that fits best, and return the other wedge heel shoe at no charge.  And they pay for the return shipping.

The final rating on the Softspots low heel wedges is a good one.  The 1 inch heel (1 1/2 actually), is a nice height and the strap across your instep gives you a secure, comfy feeling on your feet.  We like the cute dark brown.  Just remember to check the width sizing, especially if you’re concerned that they might be too narrow on your foot.
